Snake

Nokia, a company older than Finland as an independent nation, once made up 70% of their entire stock market.

Snake was just that good of a game.

[snakes tapping] One study from 47 equity markets from 1989 to 2011 found that the average top 10 weighting was around 48% across the globe.

UCITS funds, and you'll often see that abbreviation when you buy a fund here in the UK, they actually have built-in limits around single holdings to protect against extreme concentration.

I had a Nokia phone.

That Nokia, you could play Snake for eight hours.

[laughs] Who plays Snake? Throw your hand up.

You can play Snake for eight hours, after 9:00, you could talk on the phone all night.

You could send the messages you need.

If you charged your Nokia on Monday, it took you to Friday.

You know,

I've taken back 25 to 30 years when Jem used to really, and I mean we all liked playing Snake, I guess, on our phones, but Jem really liked Snake.

Yeah.

Like at her high school.

... a cool thing? We used to play, we used to-

Snake.

Yeah, we used to play Snake, and we used to like make our own ringtones.

You see that content and you're like, "Yeah.

Dude, I totally forgot about that." Then you have futurism.

You just text.

But then I had a phase where I'd play Snake.

Yes.

And it was like a very...

kid.

But for a time,

it was just Snake.

Yeah, I remember I had a phone that only had Snake.

It could be.

You could play Snake on it.

Yeah, then start the party with

Snake.

I remember

Snake.

I spent eight hours playing Snake once.

Wow.

And then all of a sudden you just had like, where did this come from? And you were just like, whoa, I can do this and that.

And it was not only Snake that I could play.

But wasn't it great when you had your old Nokia phone and you could do a text message, but there wasn't much point to it because you had to press the keys that many times to get a word out.

It

felt pointless.

You can make a phone call.

And you could play Snake.

And it wasn't a distraction.
