You know, whether it was Smile Doctors and Myorthos, whether it was Heartland and Smile Design, whether it was Innovate32 and Viridian, whether it was US Endo and Cameo Dental, there are a lot of these emerging DSOs that are starting to sell or partner with larger DSOs.

And we think that's going to only continue, if not speed up.

So fewer buyers, the buyers that are out there are more critical of what they're buying.

But two, try to keep them all together and try to keep all these, keep from pulling each other apart.

Yeah, I mean, it does become a very long, contentious process because we're all selfish individuals at the end of the day and we want to know what's in it for us.

Bill, if this is a 20 location emerging DSO that has a management team and an executive suite and they're selling to MB2 or Smile Doctors, most likely the person we're interacting with most is the CEO and CFO.

MB2 and smile doctors do not need another CEO and CFO.
