But anyhow, our friend today, Ricardo, called yesterday because he is going to be doing the open house food menu tomorrow with Portside Burgers, right? Smash Burgers.

But he's been a longtime volunteer of the program for years.

Him and his son.

So I try to look at what you're doing and see how I can put it and make it work with, you know, in my world too.

So I think we kind of feed off each other.

audio coming in as he fixes that it's all good um that uh you know let's talk about that about your businesses that you do again he called yesterday to save because he needs to come set up you know take a look at uh for tomorrow's setup and how we make a room for him to grill these uh smash burgers and um i said hey you want to come in and be a podcast guest tomorrow and he's like sure i'll come in so you could look at the idea of where he's going to be set up for tomorrow to be uh to cook and then also um Yeah, come in early and then be a part.

And I thought, what a way to talk about some of the stuff we're doing at the facility, and hopefully get you a little advertising for your businesses, because we're always about networking.

So we're like, by that, by that, you know, you know, by, by that, by the same token, so, uh, Smashburger should be treif, right? Meaning all the fake cheese and all of it, right? Uh, if, if it walks like cheese and it talks like cheese.

No, that's obviously-- Soy doesn't walk like cheese and talk like cheese, meaning this is under a microscope.

So the two of us combined to split a Smash Burger and then eat the Mo' Honey, Mo' Problems pizza, which I thought was a little odd, but you know what? It worked.

And Smash is on the corner where Top is.

And so I love Smash Burger.

It is absolutely delicious.

But if you're not into the burger scene, Tosca Tosca is fun when you're not really wanting a big meal.
