You've been vindicated, they've indicted Smartmatic, all this other stuff's happening, others are dropping those suits against you.

You're already found liable, though, by judges.

Is there any restitution, because you never gave up when they tried to get you to settle, for them doing this to you, uh, judgments, attorney fees, for them to be punished for what they did to you and the American people?

Oh yeah, we're going under our, under our own government, under Operation Arctic Frost, we're going after them, but we're also, we're going after Smartmatic for, for sure.

I'm, I'm on the, we're on the offense, but in the meantime, Alex, the big win is going to be to get rid of these voting machines and get to paper ballots hand counted.

But so one, there was, of course, the Fox and Dominion settlement in April of 2023 for $787.5 million.

Fox is still fighting a lawsuit from Smartmatic, another voting machine company.

Then Bartiromo is also named extensively in that suit.

Separately, in June, Bartiromo was one of several Fox News and Fox Business hosts to read an on-air apology after businessman and frequent Fox guest Kevin O'Leary made claims about Utah data centers.

Hart, Dominion, which is now Liberty Vote, and ES&S.

You say, Mike, what about Smartmatic? Remember, Smartmatic was the genesis.

They only have LA County, but every single voting machine has a device that comes from Smartmatic.

when they developed this stuff and they started, when they stole Venezuela.

So this is, if you put it all together, these pieces, it's all coming together.

They said, we were praying that the machines would come to the United States, that they would steal the United States election, so maybe it would open up their eyes.

And they said, Mike, don't ever give up.

Venezuela is where it all started, where Smartmatic went there and they stole.

It's such a fraud.

This is why Dominion, Smartmatic, and all these other software systems that are basically evil branches of the same root are so successful in getting away with it.

But sometimes, if there is enough of a lopsided landslide, Well, then you've got to do something else.

As we saw back with Hitler, they couldn't rig it well enough with just the electronics.

In Trump's effort to overturn the twenty-twenty presidential election, he and his co-conspirators falsely claimed that ERIC was a front for left-wing groups and that Dominion voting machines were rigged to favor Joe Biden.

In his primetime speech in July, Trump said such machines were, quote, vulnerable, unquote, and, quote, easily compromised, and claimed that one voting machine company, Smartmatic, had ties to the Venezuelan government.

The administration recently forced out the independent members of the Election Assistance Commission, which oversees the certification of machines, and Trump has stacked the USPS Board of Governors with Republicans who parrot the lie that Biden's twenty-twenty election victory was the result of fraud.
