Uh, so I'd like to invite to the podium plea- to the, uh, the chairs, uh, Saifi M. Kassam, who is the Global Head of EFT and Indexing Investment Specialist at, uh, HSBC Global A-Asset Management.

Uh, Muzammil Deen, Daydeen, did I say it right? Am I close? Who is the Executive Director and Chief Risk Officer and Chief Compliance for Hijaz Group.

And Tolibjon Tursunov from Baillie Gifford, a global investment manager based out of Edinburgh.

So I'm delighted to be joined by three, um, indi- three people with very different but highly competi-- uh, highly complem-complementary, I should say, perspectives.

Uh, let me introduce them individually.

So to my left, I have James Laurence, who is the Chief Investment Officer at Smart Pension.

Uh, to his left, I have Muzammil Deen.

Now, how far that goes, I don't know.

So do Cushion and SmartPension have to look at the underlying costs that they're charged by JP Morgan for their derivatives? I don't know.

Do you have to have some sort of smoothing when eventually performance fees come out, which are also exempted from the charge cap, and smooth those over the five, 10-year performance history? I don't know.

the moment the cost is going to be you've only got one year of cost um to go in here um and i don't think in the 2027 financial year that you're gonna have performance fees you might have something no i don't think you are i don't think anyone's gonna have their seventh year um uh there so um although there may be some evergreen yeah you could have some performance fees yeah so We don't know what the cost situation of this market is going to be.

But related to our investors for purpose theme, we recently hosted a webinar on workforce, well-being and mental health.

Alongside Fiona Smith from Smart Pension, who's just fab, the panel included a new colleague of mine who has joined Jupiter through our acquisition of CCLA.

So CCLA developed a corporate mental health benchmark, which assesses over 200 companies on an annual basis and then ranks them into a league table.

So through this benchmark, CCLA have been in dialogue with and or actively engaged with around 170 companies.
