Slaves and Masters

I mean, it's fine for John Lord to say that he's John Lord, but, you know, and it's also a big difference where in the moment, like when you're in the process of discovering the first you know, Rainbow and the first three Dio albums and all that at once, it's easy for something to get relegated to the, well, this one's, I don't, I like this one, but I'm not going to listen to it because I'm still in the midst of getting into all those classic or more classic, I should say, albums.

It's just like with us when we were discovering Deep Purple and the latest album out was what, Slaves and Masters, right? We weren't spending that one a ton because In Rock was just as new to us and Machine Head and all those.

With the benefit of time behind you, it's much easier to go back and listen to those albums with a little more of an open mind.

Right, right.
