mean, just to be clear, Die Hard is kind of Die Hard in an Asian Skyscraper, except the Asian Skyscraper is in LA.

It's called the Nakatomi Towers.

The other one's in

Uh, that was initially greenlit at Paramount+ in early 2023, uh, and didn't move forward.

That was being developed by Rawson Marshall Thurber as the writer for the pilot, known as the director for Dodgeball, Red Notice, and Skyscraper.

You'll actually remember, 'cause I went back and had a listen to episode 68, this was announced right before Honor Among Thieves came out, and so, like, seeing that they had the writer of Dodgeball and Red Notice, which was Netflix's big series at the time, we were sort of like, "Okay, what's the tone of this thing gonna be?" It seemed like it would probably have been very similar to, uh, Honor Among Thieves, what that turned out to be.

But just taking a guess here, you would assume Paramount maybe backed away from the TV series off the back of the, uh, performance of the film not quite hitting what they had hoped.

And it was all about her being stuck at the top of this thing.

And I was like, are we actually watching this? And my other half was like, oh, this is great.
