Skene's gland

Let me talk about this area of the G-spot for a few minutes.

What is under the urethra in the vaginal wall that is close to the urethral opening into the vagina? Why do we inject it there? Well, a woman has two structures called the skinny glands, S-K-E-N-E, skinny or skinny glands.

I don't know how to pronounce it exactly.

So I apologize if I butchered it.

She said, "Why, during sex, do I feel like, or even during orgasm, do I feel like I need to do a wee?" Now, this, I'll tell you how this [laughs] is connected to UTI.

But inside your urethra, which is where your wee comes out, just slightly inside your urethra, there's a part of our anatomy called Skene's glands, S-K-E-E-N-S, 'cause there's a number of it.

Your Skene glands are, they hold fluid which is known to ejaculate itself during orgasm or during arousal, and the Skene glands holds the fluid that you would ejaculate during the very crass...

Well, I'm gonna say it.

Does...

I mean, I don't know what, if there's another way of saying it.

But if you squirt during sex or during arousal and fluid comes out from your urethra instead of your vagina, that's fluid being ejaculated from your Skene's glands.

And some of the research on Skene's glands says that during sexual arousal, this fluid is released, and it actually helps prevent urinary tract infections because it's got sort of, it's got this salty and antibacterial contents that gets sort of flushed through your urethra in order to prevent you from having urinary tract infections, but also helps to lubricate the whole area and add a little bit of fun to the whole sex journey while you're pregnant.
