What do you do in terms of definition to expand or give that sense of that sort of magically you have maybe a little bit more time for relaxation, et cetera, versus where do you compress things as well?

So actually last year I took a four-month break, first time ever in my whole career, which at the beginning I was like, "I don't know what to do every day," because as an athlete, I have a very structured routine.

But then during my four months off, every day, I don't know what time I'm waking up.

But then over time I realized, "Oh, actually, I really need this break, and I think it's, it's going to help my career.
