So what exactly is being proposed?

FIFA are arguing that the World Cup that's just gone is the most successful football tournament there's ever been in terms of finance.

They feel that it unlock- it shows the potential for football, let's say.

I, I think probably a lot of people will already be aware of the commercial potential for football, but anyway, that is what they say.

They then say that the money that is being made by football should be distributed worldwide, and in order to do that, they think that if you open the game up to private investment, that is what will create the additional finance you spoke about then, $10 billion FIFA are saying.

That inviting pr- private finance in will open the door to that.

Now, there's examples of private finance in other sports.

And Simon, as far as the supporters are concerned, because, you know, you, you hear private investment and you think, "Right, okay, that's gonna cost us more money." Is that a valid concern?

Do you think Tuchel has demonstrated that he does have the ability to make those big decisions in-game?

Well I think we kind of know that anyway and in a way I think he was a victim of circumstance yesterday because of the way that the game evolved and I think it was fairly obvious that John Stones was the right person to bring on because Esri Konza had to go to right back and then I think the way that the game evolved with Mexico trying to put the ball in the box it was a fairly kind of obvious decision to to basically shut up shop and put someone like Dan Byrne in there who clearly because of his size is going to be an asset when it comes to clearing cross balls I think it'll be interesting to see against Norway and clearly we know where their strengths lie it'll be interesting to see how that game goes and how the game evolves and then obviously if it gets that far against I assume it will be Argentina but I suppose it could be Germany maybe Columbia, that he will have to pick the right side there.

I think there's still a question mark over how he's gone into this tournament with the right-back situation that he did and he raised some eyebrows when he said that nobody could have seen that Rhys James was going to get injured because I think everybody could think that that was something that might happen.

So I'm not ready to kind of diss Gareth Southgate just yet.

I think Gareth Southgate's problem was right in the key games he couldn't deliver victories you know England reached two finals and didn't win them and I think that is they reached semi-final and didn't win that reached quarter-final didn't win that and I think what Thomas Tuchel's got to do is prove that he can win those really really big games and they're the games that England have tended to fail in as I've said I think last night is the biggest win.

But clearly there are going to be bigger games, more important games to come.

And that's when Tuchel, who's been brought in, don't forget to win the World Cup.

Tuchel in terms of the options that he has particularly at the back does he have any ability to rotate should he be rotating against Norway?
