I kept thinking to myself, talking of, uh, people traveling around interesting parts of the world, I did think to myself, Simon Reeve's got a new documentary out on the BBC.

Perhaps we could go there next.

I was like, "Okay, I'll just, I'll just watch this a little bit more of this, a little bit more of this," and then-

All right, who is one person currently alive today that you've never met that you'd most love to have dinner with? Just you and that person for an evening of dinner and conversation.

Simon Reeve.

He's a British journalist who, I suppose, one of my heroes.

I used to love his documentaries and the way he used to tell stories about the places he visited.

And perhaps people will fight to protect their way of life.

In his recent series about Scandinavia, the BBC's Simon Reeve met a young NATO soldier training in the Arctic who explained why he was displaying both the Finnish flag and the LGBTQ freedom flag on his uniform.

When I talked about the society taking responsibility of defending itself, that covers all of your values.

If you're not ready to defend them, even with violence, do you really believe in them? Are they values or are they just opinions?

Yes, indeed.

Eve did a fantastic interview with, uh, Simon Reeve, the TV adventurer, and he, um, told us all about his new documentary series, which is called Wilderness, and also that he may not wash his pants every day while he's away, uh, on his expeditions, which is shocking revelation, I think.
