There's so many factors to that.

You know, one factor is a lot of businesses have been hit and that includes people at the top end.

But on the flip side, there are a lot of buyers looking to buy in the very top end.

I mean, I have a plethora of buyers between 80 and $200 million that The problem for them buying is that it's very hard to find what you want.

Now, there are a lot of vendors, which are sellers who come on the market and they put their prices at ridiculous aspirations, right? They ask 100 when it's worth 60.
