Simcoe

A

kid from Simcoe, Ontario.

What I've been able to see and do is really incredible.

I do feel like that God definitely blessed us beyond probably what we expected, I would say.

No one went into my room while we ate.

So how did my china dolls get put away? The town of Simcoe is a small town in Norfolk County, Ontario, Canada.

In 2005, when this incident occurred, it had a population of around 14,500.

It's not much larger now with a population of around 16,000.

Normally it has a population of around 6,000, unless it's Friday the 13th.

Since 1981, Port Dover has played host to a motorcycle rally that draws 100,000 to 200,000 visitors to the town and larger area.

These details are important because this event occurred well outside Friday the 13th and after Labor Day, signaling the end of the summer when visitors were gone and Simcoe, Port Dover, and the broader Norfolk region returned to quiet business as usual.

While I don't remember the exact date, this incident would have occurred in late September or early October of 2025, when there was no particular reason for what occurred.

If you're following this trip, this is day 19.

I'm coming to you from Simcoe, Ontario.

Yesterday was a glorious event.

My sister, Kathleen, her son, Joe, got married.

Is...

But that's Ontario being tricky, 'cause there's, like, a Simcoe County, but I'm actually moving to a city-

Oh, see, that's-

... called Simcoe, Ontario.

That's why.

Yeah.
