Silverpop

We had some heavy, I call them refugees.

We had a bunch of refugees from Infusionsoft, which is now Keep, Marketo, Pardot, Silverpop, like all these bigger marketing automation folks.

And I needed to know their tool inside and out.

So in the end, I probably knew about eight or 10 tools.

And I was so frustrated.

I looked at Silverpop, ExactTarget.

I looked at all of the guys, right? And it was all crap.

Like none of them were able to provide this, like this, this is the time you're talking about, right? And there's such a first mover advantage at that time because yes, you can have all of these guys were doing acquisitions, M&As, and then you have a single login for all of the channels.
