Silver rush

It's just the... a beautiful insight into life here and like how hard it was, but how devoted the people that are up here were.

And so like in the, in 1865-ish, when people are first coming here, this is part of the, the Gold Rush, uh, in this case the Silver Rush.

And, and so there would be people coming from all over the world, the United States, to try to find... to try to get rich before somebody had really f- taken control of...

Like, like the mine we're sitting in right now belonged to-

But you're gonna see all sorts of things, um, [clears throat] that are gonna develop to serve all these people.

In the same way that, that when, uh, [clears throat] the Gold Rush camp, uh, occurred in San Francisco or Yukon or, uh, Colorado or the Silver Rush in the 1880s in, in, um, Basalt and Aspen, you're gonna see an overnight, uh, explosion in population and economic activity.

It's, it's going to happen.

I spoke to a friend of mine the other day who is, um, who's a sales manager of, uh, an electrical company, and they're an electrical supply company, and they sell to the, to the retailer or to the distributor.
