Silver Line

We looked at – let me see if I can remember.

Oh, I was the acting IG when we audited the – The Silver Line extension in Washington, D.C. And just to tell you, you know what, I'm running out of time, but just to tell you how it works.

The Silver Line was funded by FTA based on outdated criteria.

They allowed the Washington Area Metropolitan Transit Authority to submit an application for the extension using outdated criteria because that was the only criteria they could meet in terms of ridership.

So those are the kind of things that... went on.

It has been extended.

I'm not sure how successful it was.

It's a long ride from Washington, D.C. at the Dulles Airport, which is what the Silver Line is for.

I've had the opportunity to personally work on some big projects in this area.

Um, the Amazon, uh, HQ2 buildings in Arlington, the Silver Line Metro extension to Dulles Airport, um, in Loudoun County.

Um, so that's kind of my history and what I do professionally, um, day to day.

And then I actually had my first intro to Girls on the Run probably, uh, 10 or 15 years ago now.
