Silk Degrees

I wrote – again, I was writing for the Glen Campbell Show, so I wrote him a song that we recorded on.

But – The writing didn't come to fruition until we did Silk Degrees with Boz Skaggs, where he said, I want to get a keyboard player and write a whole album with him.

And Jeff was the one that was the agent on that.

which got me to do the Boss Gags thing, which I'm indebted to him forever and ever and ever, because I got to write Lowdown, Lido Shuffle, and a couple songs like that, you know, on that album.

Which is great.

And we're definitely going to ask you about that as well, because yeah, it's, I mean, that's never stopped for you.

And so with the Silk Degrees album, you mentioned you wrote most of the album.

So was that a collaborative process? Again, your early years, you're developing your song craft.

Just to kind of let you know, we're talking about vinyl.

A couple of albums that I played so much I wore them out were Bob Skaggs' Silk Degrees and Peter Frampton's Frampton Comes Alive.
