You know, so they're probably in fourteen states, I'd imagine, and where they were putting together the debt and equity and doing, you know, partnership flip transactions and all the rest to, uh-- and then partnering with enough folks like us to put together project pools that could get financing for debt and equity.

Um, but instead of going to traditional banks like US Bank or any of the, you know, Wells Fargo, a lot of these folks who do the much larger scale transactions, you know, it's aggregating equity from regional banks, you know, like a Needham bank or like a, you know, some of these smaller regional banks and teaching them to kind of get them in the game of doing tax equity and then working with instead of a large banking partner for your term debt, you've got the Sierra Club Foundation or you've got the, you know, the Rudolf Steiner Foundation or all of these kind of impact investment groups that are kind of pooling money to help unlock, uh, this small commercial market of churches and small businesses and affordable housing and, uh, public housing and all these things that they have, um, and some, you know, low-income community solar leases and things like that.

So they were an incredibly, uh, crucial partner in the early years and have been ongoing for having a like-minded and values-aligned, uh, capital kind of aggregator who was doing this kind of thing that worked in lockstep with our development pipeline that really needed a great partner like that.
