Sidy Cissoko

And we'd love to see some additional support from, from the bench unit.

Just like we saw the other night, uh, with Rob Williams, city Sissoko really stepping up, uh, We'll see.

Mike Inouye is going to pull strings here or there.

He's going to make the right moves.

It is Justin Champagny in Washington who has been crashing the glass of late.

Robert Williams III and City Cisco in Portland also ripping down the glass.

Moussa Diabate in Charlotte.

Brooke Lopez for the Los Angeles Clippers, Bobby Porters Jr. in Miami, and De'Andre Jordan get the start with Eve Missy being out.

And I think I know, you know exactly who I'm going to shout out.

It's CD Sissoko and Robert Williams time Lord.

They were incredible in that first half CD.

I was so excited for CD this season.

But if Clingan does get hurt, they've got a few other guys, but he will play 23 to 24 minutes, and he will be a must-roster 12-team league guy if that is what actually happens and those minutes go up.

The other guys in the rotation I think will be Krejci and Sissoko, 'cause they're, they're the only sort of guys who are even close to being, like, forward sized.

Maybe Jeremy Sochan, but again, he was so bad last season.

But Sochan's their only other power forward.

He was asked to do too much last year.

But if Deni Avdija was like a all-NBA talent last year playing with the worst, you know, the one of the worst shooting teams in the league, and like the spacing threats that couldn't shoot were Chris Murray and, and, uh, Sidy Cissoko or li- or like Caleb Love was the, the quote-unquote shooter, dude who shot, you know, under, under 32% from three or under 33% from three for the year.

Like, if those were the threats kind of like spacing around him for a good chunk of the season, well, now the non-shooting threat is Ja Morant.

Ja Morant's [chuckles] way, just way more dynamic when he catches, even if he's a non-shooter.

So, uh, keep an eye out for Michael Potter as we keep moving on.

My big kudos for the night though, goes to Sidi Sissoko, a guy who talked about him relentlessly this off season, that that ninth spot is really his to lose at this point, being the incumbent Blazer, the guy who, uh, earned his contract for this season last year based on energy and defense, uh, and just straight passion out on the basketball court.

Uh, we've said over and over again, if his offensive game comes at all, he's going to be a solid NBA piece.

You're, somebody you're not going to be able to keep off the court.

I wonder how having Damian Lillard return to the lineup, bringing in Ja Morant, how does that affect a guy like Deni Avdija, who was their main creator last year, had the ball a ton? Jrue Holiday, where does he fit in? Now he's a small forward, apparently.

If Avdija goes down, if Toumani Camara goes down, we're talking about Sidy Cissoko starting games.

They've got some good picks deep in their coffers if they wanna try and make a move later, uh, during the team, during the season to try and beef up, but I'm going under.

I just think the team is a little bit too weird.

It- at forward, really.

It is Obbie and Camera, and then we're looking at Sissoko and Sochan.

Like, there's nothing here.

Their center rotation depends on how you feel about Isgu.

Beginning with the starting lineup, what would be, what is gonna be their top 10 rotation on opening night?

Dame, Ja, Toumani Camara, Deni Avdija, Donovan Clingan, Jrue Holiday, Rob Williams, Scoot Henderson, Sidy Cissoko, Viet Krejcí.

Yes, Viet made it.

He's another siren song of mine.
