It's amazing to me how many times you see quotes and they're quoting ridge vent and they're leaving the gable vents wide open and not doing anything with those and there's no intake so now you have a ridge vent that's that's your outtake and you have zero intake it's not working at all it's counterproductive so um you know if you're going to do that then you can cut in a continuous vent in the soffit put in a hidden vent soffit at the same time which obviously then you can do the fascia on the gutter so It all kind of works together.

If your softened fascia is already done and good and you have proper ventilation, definitely do the gutters with the roof because then you kind of get all of that stuff taken care of at once.

Siding and windows kind of go together because of the way you want to trim the windows out and make sure that those have proper drip edge and Z-bend flashing.

So that's what I would recommend is if you're going to do it in stages, do the windows and siding kind of together and then the softened fascia gutters and roof as a unit.
