So what kind of problems do your customers have? Is it, you know, blocked pipes, damaged pipes? And then what do you provide that, say, existing solutions don't, and what do you do better?

Shyeon DelnawazGUEST
Yeah, so our customers are the contractors who are on site doing the surveys and the deployments and the, and the reporting of the condition of these assets.

Shyeon DelnawazGUEST
Um, some of them are internal to the utilities, but a lot of the times they're outsourced and they're contractors, right? Um, the big thing for them is just time, right? There is so much work that needs to be done.

Shyeon DelnawazGUEST
Like there's like 30 years' worth of backlog of inspection and maintenance that needs to be done on pipe infrastructure, and because all the tools that we're currently using are manual, from the hardware to the software to the reporting that happens afterwards.

Shyeon DelnawazGUEST
And so what ends up happening is at every single point in that process, they're met with admin and they're met with the most insane manual processes, which today probably doesn't need to be the case.
