It's S-H-E-R, the British micro brand founded by a man named Darren Shure.

And the origin story is kind of the whole point.

He struggled to read analog time as a child, partly because I believe he's dyslexic.

And so he built the watch that he wished he had.

His son helped him with the design.

I would love all of us to have Shures and all sound the same and all look, get the same camera and all that stuff, but you know-

For example, even though I'm using a Shure microphone right now, I probably wouldn't take a sponsorship by Shure because it's not my favorite microphone company.

right but but i might because i use this specific one so if they were just asking me to advertise this specific product i'd have no problem with it but if they wanted me to advertise a product that was outside of this specific product that i use i would probably have a problem with it where like with zoom if they wanted me to use a new product I might be more apt to doing that because I like Zoom products and I own a crap ton of them.
