And so helping the older generation to live safely and With dignity and trust, it has been always my guiding principle, either working in clinical work or research.

And so with my passion in technology, I've expanded my work to help older adults manage their own health conditions.

For example, we have work on continuous glucose monitoring in the older adults who has prediabetes and we're looking at how that change her dietary pattern and how that affect her glucose variability and that has meaning for me that even though the participant It's in her 70s.
