yeah but yeah it was i think june 94 because we i think our last show we opened for over the line at female street and uh and then by september i think september was the first shrug show so i went wow yeah playing with dan and steve almost immediately and worked up a set and yeah we had a we had a tape we had a cassette at our first show actually we had to record

I think so, yeah.

So what was different about Tim and Shrug, like musically, the writers of the song, you know, like what was different?

Well, in Shrug, I was the sole songwriter.

Okay.

And we set out at the beginning.

Um, we, we just tried to be eclectic, which was kind of, that was funny cause that was the goal then, but now it was a badge of honor at the time, but I think In retrospect, I felt like we confused a lot of people.

Some people really love that kind of thing.
