shooting sport

Were you hearing those kind of murmurs before Fit for the Future came out?

For the shooting sport, we've always been on our toes, if you like.

It's always been one of the, and still is one of the main topics, will we remain in the Olympic movement? Because we know that in some countries we're not a popular sport.

For various reasons, some of them are not justified, completely unjustifiable, but that's just the way it's been.

It's easy for people at home to understand because you just have head to head two athletes competing against one another.

Then we also have, we're trialing a different scoring system, which is quite good, I think.

So I've done some live commentary for the shooting sport.

And as a commentator, it was much easier to understand instead of Counting every target that's been hit and having, let's say, showing figures of 23 versus someone's 24, 22.

Well, the same thing is if you were to use men's golf clubs when you're starting to learn how to golf, that would not probably go very well.

The same philosophy applies to shooting sports.

And if you're going to be accurate, the fit is imperative when it comes to how you mount your gun to your face and all the little nuances that they change from the trigger pull.

Even the...

Yeah.

On to shooting sports.

Uh, throwing this in, this happened more than a couple weeks ago now, but I was, uh-

Interviews.

So when you're at ease, photography, but I know there's another hobby that you have.

Talk to me about your shooting sports hobby.

Yes.

So I got my grandson Calvin into shooting trap about six years ago.
