Shinty

Like, you see, for me, coming from small town rural Ireland, so, like, where I grew up, it was Hurlan.

Hurlan, Hurlan, Hurlan, which is, like, the equivalent to Shinty.

I'm pretty sure Shinty is derived from Hurlan.

Hurlan is older.

But, like... anyone that supported football back home, it was always either Liverpool or Man United.

But I only used it before matches.

Shinti matches or big matches and that.

And it was very powerful, really, really powerful.

So I was already doing a kind of a nidra and meditation without really knowing it at that point.
