Yeah, she had a, she had a bed and a desk and a, a lamp, um, you know, sort of duck boards.

It was like a, it was like a Boer War tent under the mulberry tree in Shenton Park, and it, it was a bit bloodstained 'cause, you know, the, all the mulberries had been falling on it for decades.

And, um, yeah, she was a mighty figure.

She was about five foot one.

She'd been a servant, and, um, uh, she used to be a scullery maid for people, rich people in Subiaco.

And, um, she only had a few years of school, so she just treasured, um, knowledge and poetry in particular.

So she used to send me up the fig tree out the back of Hilda Street in, uh, in Shenton Park to pick, pick the fruit, and I'd pass them down, and she'd just reel off, um, hundreds and hundreds of lines of, uh, Longfellow or, um, Browning.

And, um, w- language was precious to her, and I think that was important.

But everyone works across the clinic.

Like if they work at Hillary's, they also work at Shenton Park.

But it's such a beautiful, big space at Shenton's that it is so quiet, but everybody's in rooms treating.

And like it's just this beautiful, calm, homely space.

just that energy and getting kids outside.

And so, like, the whole design process of Western Kids was so new and, like, working with the architect and explaining what we needed from a paediatric perspective and combining those things was such a new learning experience and awesome.

And so we made that decision when Claire was, like, seven months old and then we signed the lease, but it wasn't until she was three that we moved into Vic House in Shenton Park.

So it took three years of fit out.

But all the address and all the details will be there in Shenton Park.

Does it still exist? We're moving it now.

So 15 years later, we're finally finding a new home for the 500 square meters.

And it also gives me a sense of connection back to the membership base as well.

My whole feeling of connection was serving our members behind that front counter.

It was just me behind the front counter for two, three years, splitting my time between Shenton Park and Northbridge.

So I didn't, I didn't quite see that.

Uh, Kevin from Shenton Park also says, "What the wild card delivers is that at least two Victorian teams make the finals.

What a surprise.

The wild card is a joke.

Yours is definitely more polished.

But I also know that, you know, you are really more of that, I won't say old school, but that patch dominant Subiaco, Shenton Park.

How should you build around that? And how did you build such a good profile through that? Yeah.

I feel probably back then it was very organic to build brand.

I loved seeing that.

But building that trust as an agent over a long period of time, which I believe the gentleman that I bought my house off, you first met them 20-odd years ago in a completely different property through there.

So being able to build that trust, and obviously you're a lot through Subiaco, you're a lot through Shenton Park.

Is it a community type? Is it because of where the property exchange office is or did it just organically grow Shenton Park, Subiaco? Because I do know you don't live in the area.
