Shelly Carter

I am the Director of Public Affairs at the Regional Water Authority and I am the host of Liquid Lunch and I am a water nerd.

And today we'll be talking a little bit about water tangentially and I am honored Fire Chief Shelly Carter.

She's dedicated her life to the protection of her communities that she serves and I invited her on today because I kind of view firefighting a lot like I view folks at the water company.

The water company, people turn on their tap, the water comes out, nobody thinks about it.

Beautifully said.

And with that.

Chief Shelly Carter, thank you so much for coming on Liquid Lunch with the Regional Water Authority.

We will end the show like we always end our show with a tall glass of drinking water and a toast to staying healthy, hydrated, and informed.
