But the Peacham Pantry's cookbook we found there and it's very much like a, like if you, you know, rated your Nana's recipe box, like every recipe has a person that it's attributed to.

There are, you know, some a wide range of sort of like very simple to like a little bit more complicated but like all kind of very homey and like comforting um you know dishes uh it's a really interesting book you know i didn't i think both times we've done this i probably pulled the most things out of that that book uh there's a ton of recipes in there and uh they're like pretty easy to get your head around

I think that's one of the things that's been hindering Vermont for, for a long time.

And, you know, I, I, I did wanna point out, you know, recently there was a government-led housing program in Shelburne.

If you run those numbers out, the average cost of that quote, unquote affordable housing was 800, uh, plus thou- 800...

Excuse me, $585,000.
