And the only ones really coming up trumps were the Bon Secours sisters.

So the state looked at the amount of people that were within the institutions.

Absolutely nothing.

And they refuse to, as do the others.

So really, the only ones making a financial contribution that was worthwhile, that Sheila Noonan recommended be accepted by the state.
