It's because women has already been structured in a way that make them think that men are better in nature in terms of being leaders.

So a woman will even doubt you, because first of all, women will judge you from your appearance to your character, and even, women will even say you're supposed to be married than being a leader.

Because they, they've already been programmed and taught that men are supposed to lead and women follow.

So how do you start telling women that, "Oh, I'm capable," when they already feel that it's their husband that are better rulers than the women?
