Today's guest has helped millions of people rethink how much dogs understand and how much they may be trying to tell us.

Alexis Devine is an artist, author, entrepreneur, and dog professional, and her seven-year-old Sheepadoodle Bunny has become known around the world as the talking dog.

Bunny communicates using a soundboard of pre-recorded word buttons, and their videos have reached millions while also feeding real research into dog cognition and communication.

They will be joining us virtually from Washington State in a moment, but first, of course, we have an adoptable special guest to introduce everyone to.

She's seven.

She turns seven on July 28th.

And she's a Sheepadoodle?

Yeah, she's three-quarters Poodle, one-quarter Old English Sheepdog.

#TeamGoldenDoodle was very, very loud in there.

We had Bernedoodles, Sheepadoodles, a Mini Aussie Doodle, a Schnoodle, and everything from six-month-old puppies to Doodles well past five.

And here's what I noticed.

A lot of you are not new to dogs.
