She-Devil

And finished that film.

The next film I did was She-Devil.

And I started on that from the very beginning, even pre-production.

I was in the office when it was just Meryl Streep and Roseanne Barr and Ed Begley and them just rehearsing lines.

But yeah, I have to agree with you up to this.

I forgot when She-Devil came out, but I'm going to throw out 85-ish, 86, somewhere in there.

I loved She-Devil.

And I do feel her character there and her character here is similar.

So her character there is a romance novelist who is lonely and not in a good relationship.

What is the most powerful transformation you have witnessed in the fitting room? And what made it a powerful transformation?

Well, when I was dressing Meryl Streep for a movie, She-Devil, she immediately got into character, which I found very interesting.

Like the minute we put the clothes on for her character, she started talking in a different voice.

She just developed the character right there and then.

This is my pick, Tenebrae.

Yeah, next week we're doing She-Devil with Ed Begley.

Oh, yeah.

Just do it.

Yeah.

Oh, we've also covered movies [laughs] that would have the same title but be remade and have nothing to fucking do with them like Warlock, Elephant, She-Devil, and Resurrection.

[laughs]

Mm-hmm.
