So can you take me back to 1986 and share with us where you were in your life and your Batman fandom when this hit?

I actually have a very, very clear memory of this, which is surprising considering all of the indulgences I've taken place in over the years.

I was 14 when And I wasn't much of a DC reader.

You know, huge comic book geek, as ever, as always, ad infinitum.

But, you know, budgetary constraints and whatnot.

I was more of a Marvel kid.

But 1986, all right, they would do a comic convention every month at the Holiday Inn in Wayne.

I mean, cause I remember, I remember doing that in like early elementary school, like early nineties.
