Shaun the Sheep

And it's been a beast of a time at the box office of late.

What with Heart of the Beast now, Shaun the Sheep, the Beast of Mossy Bottom.

And this week sees the HUD and Blu-ray release of Sexy Beast.

Which I reviewed in depth last week, but it's fantastic.

Anyway, we can talk about it next week.

At number five...

We've got, talking of sheep, we've got Shaun the Sheep, the beast of Moshy Bosh, down 45% with a total of 2.5 million quid.

Number six, we've got the dreadful Practical Magic 2, which was at number two, down 49%.

We had two films in the theater.

First was Shaun the Sheep: The Beast of Mossy Bottom.

Oh, yeah.

Expected to make $1.5 million.

It's cool.

Shaun the Sheep.

I know you didn't want to see it.

It has got 100% on Rotten Tomatoes right now.

We also talked off air about what movies that we got one we're going to tackle for a while.

But you did say you said Shaun the Sheep.

And I believe that was like a cartoon when my kids were little and I was.

Yeah.

So we got a kids movie out.

Shaun the Sheep.

Give us a very brief what we need to know about it.

Yeah, so we have the third, I think it's the third Shaun the Sheep movie, The Beast of Mossy Bottom, which of course, you know, should elicit

But this one I thought was really good.

Shaun the Sheep: The Beast of Mossy Bottom will also be hitting theaters this weekend, as will Daniel and the Fiery Furnace, at least in my local market and the ones around me.

It's a biblically themed film, as you can imagine from the title, and it stars Mena Massoud as Daniel.

I'm still shocked that he didn't break out more from Aladdin.

Podcasters.

And we talk with them about some of the movies that have influenced and affected them and the work they do.

The name of the show isn't The Movies I've Made.

It's The Movies That Made Me.

[upbeat music] Yeah, good to see you.

I feel like you were not quite so, uh, hirsute the last time I saw you.

And just before we go, we wanna remind you we've got a Patreon.

Uh, if you wanna find other ways to support the show beyond just listening to us and telling your friends about us, uh, you can come help out there.
