I've lived probably in just about every corner of the city.

I've kind of migrated all from downtown through Clifton to Westside to Oakley to Sharonville to Mesa.

I mean, I've kind of made a trek all the way through.

And I would say the music scene is very widespread.

I used to go to UDF in Sharonville with my dad.

After we'd get a haircut, we'd go for a walk in Sharon Woods, end up at that UDF right off Route 42.

Are there specific suburbs in Cincinnati that you'd be looking at for office right now? And if you don't have a list of specific suburbs, what is it that you're looking for in a neighborhood or in a zip code, et cetera, that would make it appealing to you to be buying office in?

So office space specifically, I've been looking at Sharonville, Blue Ash, anything around the 275 loop within, call it, 15 minutes of it.

Why? That's where the path of progress is.

If you look at any commercial development, whether it be industrial or office, et cetera, that's where the path goes towards.

I got a buddy that's in Reading.

He's doing well in Reading.

I personally Would love to be in Blue Ash, Sharonville, Montgomery-ish area on the east side there.

So those are the areas that I'm tackling.
