And I remember sitting around the table with the, the turnaround CEO and the, the business leaders that were the, the board of this charity saying the... mulling over the issues and basically saying the problem is it's a charity, and, yeah, and the money was being spent-

And that's why I really enjoyed that tension, 'cause obviously my, my DNA is animal welfare and conservation.

But I, I s- really hit the books and studied hard on the business side, 'cause if you don't have the money, you can't do it.

And the first thing I did when I sat down with the staff and the board [laughs]'Cause they, they took a massive risk on me 'cause I, I hel- I helped them in the initial turnaround, and then they wanted a, a really experienced business CEO to come in and, and run it.
