and be able to be this multi-generational brand to be able to do the things that that we've been able to accomplish over the last decade i mean time goes fast when you're having fun joe and uh i will tell you that's been exciting but you know i came in and really it was a turnaround at that time sharon price john had come in at the ceo and built a team to really a get our stores and our real estate portfolio profitable it was really to have sustained profitable growth and drive the brand we knew we had a powerful brand And the brand needed to be able to grow and be able to be monetized.

And we did that through more people, more places, and more occasions.

So get the stores really in a great place.

It's really been exciting.
