A lot of logistic stories in the headlines this morning.

We've got new numbers showing what we have seen trade-wise come over that new trade corridor between Oman and Sharjah.

We've also got a new rail link, if you like, for cargo between Abu Dhabi and Fujairah.

And at the end of last week, we were talking about the fourth corridor, which is a new road that will run between Abu Dhabi and Sharjah and move trucks a lot faster, which got us thinking.

Have we got enough trucks for all of the overland demand that we're seeing at the moment? What does that overland demand look like at the minute? And what does it all mean for storage? So we have literally worked through the supply chain ourselves from start to finish.

There is a bit of a supply chain special this morning.

And I'm trying to find you, like, the best kind of safari vibe situation.

And Sharjah Safari is set to reopen on September 21, which is today.

As temperatures cool down in the United Arab Emirates and the long-awaited winter kind of approaches, many outdoor destinations nationwide prepares to reopen its doors for the public.

Among them is the incredibly iconic Sharjah Safari, who announced it will start to welcome visitors from the new season today, Monday, September 21st.

Sharjah Safari is open daily from 8.30 a.m. to 6 p.m. with gold, silver, and bronze ticket packages available.

The park, operated by the Environment and Protected Area Authority in Sharjah, extends over an area of 8 square kilometers and is located within Al-Bredi Reserve in the city of Adid.

This week, two major announcements pointed in the same direction.

The UAE launched a way to bring tourists across all seven Emirates, while Dubai approved a new highway linking Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah.

Both could broaden where future property demand appears.

Neither makes every property along the way a good investment.

Buyers are active, but increasingly selective.

Now let's look at the three developments that could shape where and how that demand follows next.

First, a new corridor connecting Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah.

Dubai has approved an approximately 80-kilometre highway between Al Faya Road in Abu Dhabi and Al Shanuf Road in Sharjah, running through Dubai.

Now, Dubai has approved a major new road project.

It's an 80-kilometer fourth corridor linking Abu Dhabi's Al-Faya Road with Sharjah's Al-Shanouf Road.

So the 12-lane highway will connect Al Maktoum International Airport and Etihad Rail.

It's expected to cut journey times by up to 60%, and it includes 70 bridges, 17 tunnels.

And the first phase, Sharjah to Dubai Al-Ain Road, is estimated at 3.5 billion dirhams.

Like a massive project.

How many more could this new partnership see? How many residential roves could Dubai and the wider UAE take?

So the wider UAE is the point here as well, because I mean, at the moment we're, you know, we've got an amazing project with Harada and Sharjah, but at the moment we've mainly been in Dubai.

But what we're working together on is new projects across the Emirates.

So we could comfortably do another couple of thousand over the next few years.
