This week, Gunner and I sit down with Shane Wallen, and just after a handful of minutes, I could tell that Shane is gonna be Gunner's new Nashville bestie.

[laughs] Uh, Shane spent, gosh, over a decade in strength and performance in Major League Baseball before just recently walking away this off-season, uh, to open a Nashville location of the iconic social performance club, The Collective.

Shane got really candid about his time in the league and discussed not only pension and pay to the time it took from him and away from his family, making him really reconsider what he was actually trading his time for.
