Does capital adapt to that? Are businesses sort of saying, "Okay, well, this is how it is now," or do we think we go back to the way we operated a few years ago?

Yeah.

We always have to keep in mind that, uh, capital is scarce.

Uh, capital is global.

Uh, and so it moves where opportunities present themselves, where, uh, there's credibility and where there's returns to be captured, and we are moving in the direction of a market where, um, people are starting to believe that those returns are there, and we're starting to compete for that global capital.

If things revert, um, then capital will follow.

Uh, and so I'm hopeful, uh, that this is the start of a change, uh, that is different than the last number of years, um, and maybe, uh, you know, more like a period of significant growth that we had, uh, through, you know, on either side of the financial crisis, I'll call it.

There is benefit to the middle part of the ecosystem?
