I think as we were making it out, eight games in a row is an incredible statistic.
Shane BrophyGUEST
Yeah you would have thought maybe for two traditional senior clubs that they would have met more than that in the last 76 years was of course when maybe Turles had their down period when Bursley were strong and vice versa so yeah I think they're they met in the county final in 2017 I suppose Turles that was Turles who competed the four in a row and that Bursley team that won the All-Ireland sorry got to the All-Ireland were up and coming so yeah I think we're I think it's another game here where I think both teams potentially will see this as a kind of a sliding doors moment like where both teams really have the potential to kick on I think Turles has Definitely through the group stages of the Cambridge Championship have really found themselves.
Shane BrophyGUEST
He's gotten, putting a lot of, I wouldn't say ute into it, but a lot of energy, a lot of smarts.
Shane BrophyGUEST
Of course, look, Ewan Murray, he settled into senior hurling like a duck to water.
Shane BrophyGUEST
I thought some of his vision in the Killer One match was outstanding, the way he's picking out passes.

This is fascinating now to see how Holy Cross will react after that massive win last weekend against a very game J.K. Bracken's team that are motoring very, very well this year.

And with the stakes so high, both teams with a chance of getting out into the knockouts with a win and Both teams, actually, if they're beaten, depending on the results of the other game, could also fall into relegation as well, so the stakes are just massive for this one, and I'd say there'll be a fine, fine crowd in Clackjordan on Sunday afternoon.

Uh, the, I suppose we're, we're, we're fortunate enough that we do have the, the Lakes of Lough, the Lake of Lough Derg here, particularly from the m- m- up at the northern end of the county for, I suppose, from areas from, from Ballina, Garrykennedy, Dromineer, Terryglass, Portumna, like, they've, they've enjoyed a, a bumper summer.
Shane BrophyGUEST
But I suppose people who maybe, maybe can make maybe the hour, hour and a half journey to the coast and maybe get to a beach, like, they, they've, they've definitely benefited from the, the warmer than usual summers.
Shane BrophyGUEST
I suppose maybe the last couple of summers maybe hadn't been, hadn't been the best in terms of prolonged dry spells, but they're definitely benefiting from it.
Shane BrophyGUEST
Uh, definitely the northern end of the county definitely slightly warmer than the, than the southern end, but, uh, the, definitely lake area's doing very, very well this summer.

How, what are farmers saying about how they're, how they're coping and how their animals are coping?
Shane BrophyGUEST
It was thankfully about nine days ago, there wa- there was a good day and night's rain.

It's very, very difficult the, the, with the way the game's gone and the way teams mind the ball and are so kind of calm in possession to be, to be chasing a game when you've only 14.
Shane BrophyGUEST
No, yeah, but it's like I think Tipp might have only had 12 or 13 points scored at that stage.
Shane BrophyGUEST
You say if the, if the scores were coming freely, they might have had some chance.
Shane BrophyGUEST
And, like, even when you c- you need something to happen, like that John McGrath pull shot in the square, like what a save from Eoghan Quilligan.
Shane BrophyGUEST
Like if that had hung it in the net, you probably got-- I think it could've got back to five points at that stage.
Shane BrophyGUEST
And, like, the crowd were, the Tipp crowd were here in big numbers tonight, what 32,000, and they were, they were, they just wanted something to get in behind it.
Shane BrophyGUEST
There was, there was no five- or ten-minute period, even in the second half when the wind was there, that said Tipp were pinning Clare in.
