yeah the wind was tricky we were training up here last week and it was actually blowing the opposite direction um and as you said it was kind of swirling a bit but yeah you know like any time you're against the wind you just try and battle battle down the hatches and trying to get to half time as as close as you can and the score down and look we had a couple of goal chances that we were disappointed that we missed as well so yeah I know we were very I suppose we were satisfied coming in at half time but we knew we'd have to up again in the second half and I think our lads did that

and he hit a goal there in midwest through the second half that was worrying time again but he weathered that storm and he had some great scores then I mean Shane was in fire again Shane Barrett tonight I think he got about 11 points which was great scoring

But what I was going to say was after all those permutations we can actually talk about something that actually has happened as well because Group C is in their deck hard books, it's done and dusted because those final round of games took place on Thursday evening.

in Mangard Park as it was kill as expected had a comfortable victory over our clock but the game between Ballymore and at Garvin Tommy that was really nip and tuck and Ballymore needed a point late on from Shane Barrett to get a one point victory over at Garvin 14 points to 13 It's a crushing blow for a Garvin now who exits the championship proper.

They'll have to settle for a place in the Junior A Championship and finally more just to keep that winning run going.

Yeah, I was expecting it to be close last night.

Keep going, yeah, and I suppose that was the message in the second half, is keep going, look, we're very aggressive, very aggressive in the tackle, and around the middle, and we just knew if we kept going, the space would be come up inside, and I suppose it was a brilliant goal there in the end, between Shane and Paddy, where the pockets of space eventually came, and I suppose we took full advantage of that.

Yeah, and of course Shane Barrett was in fire from play and from freeze.

I think he got about 10 points.
