Shallowater

Yeah.

Uh, it was Shallowater and the way they handled Bushland.

I think the Bushland's offense has been so good, averaging 60 points a game over the last four.

And, you know, Shallowater hit 'em with big plays early, and forced them five turnovers on Parker Hall.

I did not see that coming.

But that's a tough place to play.

Shallowater's had their number now three years in a row, so I think that win, that win, not shocking by any means, but just the way they beat 'em to me was a little shocking.

I'm with you.

I did.

And there it is, Shallowater.

Shallowater, yes.

Shallowater softball, man.

They've got Bushland, and that's a big game.

Okay, Shallowater, Shallowater and Bushland.

Okay.

Yeah.

Let's go to District 1-3A Division I. Holy smokes.

Bushland at number 10 Shallowater.

They've got this one as a pick 'em, which is interesting considering Shallowater's ranked in the top 10.

Seventh meeting between these two teams.

Shallowater's up four to two, and they've won the last two meetings.

They've won the last two meetings by three points.

That's another one I wanted to bring up.

And then the year before, they beat, uh, Bushland 21-20.

There, near the end of the show, I was getting ready to do one.

I had found out about a, a, um, a record label that had been in Shallowater, Texas, in somebody's farmhouse that was a Tejano label, putting out stuff that these guys were coming and recording out at this farm.

Completely rare stuff, man.

I was like...

Oh

... called Mickey Martin's Shipwheel in Shallowater, Texas.

Okay.

The women, they're naked, they're dancing.

And I started thinking about this.

Bushland, Shallowater, and Dalhart.

I'm telling you, those are going to be some really good football games because I've seen all three of them now.

If you told me to pick a team that's better than the other, man, I don't know.

Well, tonight, uh, we got undefeated Estacado hosting Andrews.

Shallowater going up to play now in 4A Plainview.

Uh, Brownfield is playing, uh, Freona.

Uh, here's another intriguing game.
