Are there twins in Shadows Fall? One of the guys from Shadows Fall-

Yes

They're a metallic hardcore band, like all of those sort of metallic hardcore bands that I mentioned.

But when you think about, like, you know, like you said, Jim, like, the metalcore boom of the mid-2000s, a lot of bands who did, you know, Killswitch Engage and Um, Shadows Fall and God Forbid, and all those bands who we really, really like.

Quite a kind of, quite a kind of, um, rigid formula that they had.

Yeah.

It's got the biggest, I mean, it's got "We Are Wolf" on there, which is an absolute, you know, it's just an anthem.

It's, it's got that Southern swag to it.

Um, like you were just saying, Steve, about bands like Shadows Fall and all that.

It, those mid, like those early 2000s metalcore bands, uh, all had, like you were saying, a very rigid, um, sort of sound.

And you're like, but we had a name for this previously.

Where were you in the Soul Seek metal chat room? Where were you in 2004 when we decided that Killswitch Engage and Shadow's Fall was metalcore? Not, I can't even think of.

Oh, well, it's Knocked Loose, isn't that? They call that metalcore, but it's kind of like post-hardcore.

It was the Stress Tour, so Shadows Fall, Headline, Poison the Well, It Dies Today, Still Remains...

Maybe I went to that one.

I would have only gone for Poison the Well at that point.

He always had cool shirts too.

Shadows Fall, Municipal Waste, and a few other bands.

I mean, yeah, you've seen them a bunch of times.

So I got to play with those guys, and that was a really great experience because they were legends, you know, in my hometown.

Wa- was this around the time, like, Shadows Fall was taking off?
