Seven Bends State Park

I had a conversation a couple of months ago with Kyle Lawrence from the Shenandoah Valley Bicycle Coalition.

And he was talking about the walking and biking trails that they have now installed at Seven Bend State Park over in Woodstock.

And he was giving me some in-depth.

This is what we have to do in order to create a trail.
