Uh, p- p- perhaps, but I think what I took away from, from, from that interview was, was a conversation about prioritizing clicks and views perhaps o- over the story in, in, in Jason's friend's opinion, and I think there are many examples of that in the coverage that we've seen.

So, so for example, the, The Times ran a piece that said, uh, "Cambridge asked to decolonize by students before hiring Jason Arday." If you look into the substance of the piece, they're talking about a petition written by students three years before Jason Arday was even hired, so it d- that doesn't really seem relevant.

So I think there's a conversation about what is newsworthy, what is relevant, and, and is it worth piling onto a man who's already communicated multiple times that he's vulnerable.

Shayenne, how would you categorize the role of race in the media coverage of this story?
