Seth Raynor

I have heard of it.

It's a Seth Raynor course.

Yeah.

I've never played it, amazingly enough.

You know, you go, "Oh, it's a little different, a little different out there."

That's like, like when you and Seth went to Augusta for the first time.

I don't wanna say, like, old design theories from, like, CB McDonald and Seth Raynor, 'cause he's a complete original.

That's something, if you have an opportunity to do it, to go over and see Fishers as a person on a Rainier property now, that's a life experience.

It's on my bucket list.

And Ted Smith, the superintendent down at Country Club of Charleston, he just started a few months ago, but he actually mentioned something about trying to get all the superintendents at Rainier courses to kind of get a little group going and maybe every year go to each other's properties and check it out.

think that would be really cool.

Mm.

Not through the language of, "That's Seth Raynor," you know, "That's Donald Ross," "That's Auster McKenzie," but more through the lens of like what it means, the architecture in terms of playing the game of golf.

And then I felt stupid, like of course he would, would know that.

Like he's the greatest player kind of all time.

Which, which by the way is i- in the suburbs of Chicago, Seth Raynor course near-

And that's just, that's just part of, that's just part of being there for a while and knowing the culture and knowing how things are gonna, gonna be.

Y-Y-Y-Yeaman's is a very unique golf course, unique piece of property in that the course is Seth Raynor, if I'm not mistaken.

Hundred plus years old.

... their golf courses along with this group of wealthy people that had their little, you know.

Olmsted, Seth Raynor did a lot of it.

Same thing down at Mountain Lake.
