Seth Mclaughlin

I don't think it does the kids a service to be cagey because it ends up making the fan base question toughness and question dedication and things like that.

If a guy's hurt, a guy's hurt.

The fans have to understand that.

But if there's no report of how he is, see Kurt Cignetti.

In 2002-ish, the Cleveland Browns actually made the playoffs, and they'd come back in 99, so it was kind of amazing that they made the playoffs.

But Kelly Holcomb had come along and kind of usurped Tim Couch.

And I remember a guy calling into the fan here in Columbus and telling Kirk Herbstreet, well, I'm a Holcomb guy.

And Herbstreet kind of went off on a tangent, yelling at him, saying, aren't you a Browns guy? If you're a Browns guy, you root for whomever's on the field.

hi.

That was where Seth McLaughlin was.

Is he still on the Lions practice squad? He's on the team.

He's injured right now.

And you're right.

I think Seth McLaughlin would be the first one out.

Anyone else that you have on there that's on the lower part of the depth chart? Wingo.

That's what I was just going to say.

He's going to be out for a while.

When the Seth McLaughlin thing happened, it was very, yeah, this is serious.

He's going to be out for a while.

So I will applaud him for that level of evolution.

No, I mean the one that heard.

Oh, it was Seth McLaughlin.

Is that who you're talking about? No, the one at the center that was injured.

Oh, Rice and Del Gotti.

But they went to Penn State, and it wasn't always pretty, but it was a gutsy ass win, and they found a way.

And they had to spend every week, that week included, but then every week after that figuring out what do we do on an offensive line that doesn't have a left tackle, that later found out it w- it, it didn't have a center because Seth McLaughlin goes down.

Like, how do you manage that? Now it's like, okay, get to Indiana, find a way to walk out of this 6-1-

Mm-hmm

We haven't seen Miles Frazier at all.

Seth McLaughlin, we haven't seen at all.

Yeah, none of those guys.

They've been healthy in the interior.

Jim May.

Can you tell Ryan, I mean, Seth McLaughlin, can you tell he's been there, done that? Is he, has he projected that, uh, to the offensive line? You understand what I'm saying, from a leadership standpoint, a, a grown man.

Yes.

How, how does that just come about? How does that show up?
