yeah you know in terms of what the audit process looks like i usually tell our customers and prospect you know ranchers that want to work with us it's kind of a two-pronged approach There's going to be a records conversation, and that can be done on the bed of a pickup.

It can be done at the kitchen table over a cup of coffee.

Those are the kind of things that we have to do.

The word audit is scary.

We're not the IRS, but we do have to check the boxes that make these programs ethical, and there's a reason they exist.

So we've got to make sure we adhere to the standards and the rigor of those programs.
